- Have a mid-west U.S. state with a TON of land massively incentivize building hardware through a special economic zone. A mini Shenzhen
- Co-locate it next to AI data centers so Chip production is close to chip usage. Benefits with co-located talent, power and zoning.
- Greenlight nuclear, wind and mass power generation in the area
- Throw every single tax/incentive you can for companies to locate here.
- Build a ton of housing for young people working here which also addresses affordability crisis.
- A state has an incentive given mass potential tax revenue, jobs and talent density.
- Eventually Robots produced are deployed to work here. Virtuous loop.
Basically play back the manhattan project in the desert for hardware 🏜️📷
