3/ As a result of recent votes mentioning the futarchy, the proposal has now flipped to fail in the @SnapshotLabs vote.
4/ For the proposal to pass, a plurality of tokenholders have to approve it in Snapshot, and also, based on KIP-76, the average YES price in the futarchy market has to exceed the average NO price in the last 24h of the voting period.
